Happy Sunday Fam.

It’s the beginning of another month, another week people!
Hope you all had a beautiful weekend?/
I hope you have a wonderful time today as I did
A typical Sunday for me is a day of refreshment. If the previous week didn’t go too well,
I always ensure that my Sundays do (cos of course there’s no boos and client breathing down my neck or the rush to meet a deadline. Lol). If I’ve had a fabulous week (which i hardly has lately), then my Sunday gets even juicer (cos honestly, what is life if not lived to the fullest).
I make it a point of duty to make sure I get adequate rest. Church is always a blessing. How better to dispel any anxiety for the week ahead, than dipping into the word of God and gaining your confidence back with His re-affirmation of His blessing. And the dancing and gyration in the spirit don’t hurt either. When the praises goes up, His blessing come tumbling down and its really fun way to break a sweat too. That I’ll say is like getting too things at the price of one.
By the time church service is over, I always feel lighter from unburdening to God and dissipating a whole lot of energy on the worship alter.
A nap in the afternoon is a to crown it all, if you’re a napper like me (my sister has beef about my napping skills), you’ll be more refreshed and energized when you wake up.
Good good and a jolly good family time works all the wonder. By the time I close my eyes at night to sleep, I know I can open my eyes and arms to welcome a beautiful Monday.

Have a fabulous Sunday fam!
